Water Therapy Classes
Water Therapy is a low-intensity exercise class in water to support physical well-being, promote relaxation, reduce stress, and relieve pain.
Classes are conducted in heated pools and cater to those who are nervous about getting into the water, have mobility concerns are returning to exercise, or recovering from injury and illness.
Similar to Aqua aerobics but delivered by University trained practitioners.
You will learn about the body, how to challenge your core strength, improve movement, and get healthier and happier than ever!
Classes run for 45 minutes and are suitable for people with disabilities.

Fridays 11:15 am - Outdoor heated pool with ramp access.

Wednesdays 9:45 am - Indoor heated pool with ramp access.
